Accessibility League of Galician municipalities
The 44 Galician municipalities with more than 13,000 inhabitants, their official websites audited with the same automated filter on the same day, in two layers: the static HTML of each homepage and its rendered state in a real browser (text contrast, touch-target size, focus visibility).
- Score: 100 − 15 per serious defect − 8 per moderate − 3 per minor. No hidden variables.
- Top of the league: Viveiro (80), then Betanzos, Noia, Oleiros, Poio, Verín and Vilalba (72).
- The systemic finding: insufficient text contrast appears on 43 of 43 rendered homepages.
- A filter, not a verdict: automated checks cover about one third of WCAG 2.2, homepage only, one snapshot in time.
